We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy recent graduate for the role of AI Sales Administrator to support our sales team by utilizing AI tools to streamline lead generation, lead qualification, and sales automation processes. In this role, you will learn how to leverage AI technology to drive sales efficiency, analyze lead data, and automate routine sales tasks through continual learning and refinement. Duties/Responsibilities:

•    Manage the AI Lead Qualification Process: Continually test and learn to refine the AI drive lead qualification process and platform (voice, chat, email).
•    Lead Qualification Support: Assist in managing AI-driven lead scoring and qualification processes, ensuring that high-quality leads are identified and passed to the correct sales team member for further engagement.
•    Lead Retrieval: Utilize AI to determine if leads have been properly managed and re-distribute if appropriate. 
•    Sales Process Automation: Help implement and maintain AI-powered tools to automate repetitive sales tasks such as follow-up emails, proposal building, RFP responses, face-to-face, and video scheduling.
•    Lead Data Analysis: Work with the sales team and Director of Demand Generation to collect and analyze lead data using AI tools, providing insights to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.
•    CRM & AI Tool Management: Ensure that AI tools are properly integrated with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), to maintain up-to-date and accurate lead records.
•    Performance Reporting: Assist in creating reports on lead generation and qualification performance, helping track the effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

•    Familiarity with sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of AI tools used in sales and marketing is preferred but not required.
•    Interest in analyzing data to drive decisions with a basic understanding of how data can optimize sales processes.
•    Passion for learning how to use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technology to non-technical team members.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing data in CRM systems.

Education and Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•    0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations (internships or project experience in AI, sales automation, or lead generation is a plus).
