POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing efforts across various channels and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Sr. Brand Marketing Manager as well as the rest of the marketing team and various other departments to execute strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Campaign & Coordination: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating all details of events, tradeshows, and product launches.

• Content Creation & Management: Assist in the creation of content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and printed materials while adhering to brand guidelines. Assist the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager in all photo and video shoots in accordance with brand standards. Maintain and manage a library of all photo and video assets.

• Coordinate and manage social media accounts: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and actively engage in relevant social discussions. Track and measure social performance monthly through a social dashboard.

• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating internal company events and partnership events. Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors and partners, and ensure successful execution and follow-up.

• Maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms: Ensure website content is current and accurate. Manage updates to landing pages, blog posts, press releases, and other digital assets.

• Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Maintain and manage project priorities, timelines, and deadlines. Maintain the marketing calendar and collaborate with all Marketing team members to ensure accuracy and that deadlines are met.

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, preparing materials, shipping items, database maintenance, correspondence handling, event setups, and partnership activations.

• Vendor, Agency, and Partnership Coordination: In collaboration with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, help maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and relevant partners involved in marketing projects ensuring timelines and deadline expectations are met.

• Ensure adherence to brand standards: Implement and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and office assets. This includes updating and distributing the marketing kit, designing email signatures, and creating business cards.

• Swag and Branded Materials Coordination: Oversee the inventory of promotional items and branded merchandise. Coordinate the ordering, storage, and distribution of swag. Handle the logistics of sending out client gifts, including packaging, shipping, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Creation of marketing digital screens in office: Design and update digital screens to display marketing team updates, campaign progress, and important announcements. Ensure content is engaging and informative for employees.

COMPETENCIES:

Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of how to analyze data, determine market trends, and read campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including crafting compelling marketing copy and presentations.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), project management software (e.g., Monday), and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating documents, managing data, and communicating effectively.

• Video Editing & Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator) and ability to edit and create in Instagram Reels.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable):

This position doesn’t have any supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Location: Primarily office-based, with 1 remote/ work from home day each week.

• Conditions: General office environment with moderate noise levels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Extended periods sitting at a desk or workstation.

• Occasional walking/ movement between work areas (e.g., meetings, restrooms, or kitchen).

• Repetitive Hand and Wrist Movements via frequent typing and use of a mouse.

• Light lifting of office supplies, documents, or equipment (up to 20 lbs).

• Screen Use: Prolonged use of a computer screen.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a Full-Time, Exempt position.

TRAVEL:

Limited, but may require occasional overnight travel for industry conferences, meetings, or operational oversight at other locations.
